(NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading global provider of real-time mediation, rating, billing and customer care solutions for prepaid and post-paid voice, data and video, today announced that Gabon Telecom, Gabonese Republic’s largest telecommunication provider, has successfully completed the implementation of MIND’s billing and customer care solutions to bill its postpaid subscribers.
MIND’s end-to-end billing and customer care solution enables Gabon Telecom to improve the customer management process, perfect the billing and invoice generation processes and enhance collection from subscribers; resulting in maximized profitability, improved reliability, accurate collection with no revenue leakage and higher average revenue per user. Gabon Telecom is now well positioned to expand its business and rapidly deploy new services to its customers,” said Mr. Herve Ossamy, General Director of Gabon Telecom. “MIND demonstrated its ability to deliver the necessary professional services to carry out this major migration process, integrate the new billing platform with our existing business systems with no impact on our service during the process.”
“We are honored to be selected by Gabon Telecom, the incumbent carrier of Gabon, for this major project. We equip Gabon Telecom with the necessary solution to support their needs today and in the future,” said Mr. Sagee Aran, MIND’s VP of Sales for Africa and Asia Pacific. “Our track record of providing convergent, cost-effective, highly-scalable solutions presents an alternative to mobile and wireline operators in the region who are looking to maximize their profitability, offer advanced convergent voice and data services and retain their competitive edge.”
