Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for IRCM evaluates solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service and analytics for CSPs. The integrated revenue and customer management (IRCM) market is composed of communications service providers (CSPs) looking for commercial off-the-shelf software packages that address business-critical revenue and customer management business processes.
