ROMTELECOM


ROMTELECOM is the largest telecom operator in Romania, with a wide portfolio of basic and advanced services. ROMTELECOM uses the MIND solution to bill a variety of Internet services. Since 2003 the MIND platform proved itself as a robust, flexible and cost-effective solution.

SingTel


SingTel Singapore Telecommunications selected MIND’s mediation solution in 2002 for SingTel’s “VoicePlus” service, which is based on softswitch technology. The MINDBill mediation solution provides SingTel with the ability to smoothly migrate its voice infrastructure while maintaining its legacy OSS/BSS systems. The real-time mediation system collects, aggregates, and correlates VoIP traffic. The system generates consolidated CDR (Call Detail Record) information, which can be easily configured for distribution to SingTel’s various back-office systems.

“VoicePlus, with its focus on quality and reliability, is an important service for SingTel because it enables us to push the envelope of packet-based technologies to deliver both traditional voice services as well as new value-added voice services. VTI


Vietnam Telecom International Company (VTI), a state owned company under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corporation (VNPT) is a leading company in the field of international, long distance and VoIP voice service in Vietnam.

MEGACABLE


MEGACABLE Comunicaciones is one of the largest cable operators in Mexico with over 1 million TV, data and voice subscribers. It offers a wide variety of television signals over 48 major cities in the Republic of México. It was the first Latin American cable operator to offer digital advanced services, as well as broadband Internet. Megacable chose the MIND billing and customer care solution in 2006 to support its SIP based telephony services. Megafón, Megacable’s new telephony services (as carrier of carrier services), was implemented in 4 cities in Mexico at the first phase of the project and following its success the service is being implemented at new locations.

Iskon


Iskon is the leading alternative broadband operator in Croatia providing ADSL, Telephony, ISDN and dialup Internet connectivity as well as email and web hosting services to its residential customers. In addition, Iskon has corporate projects that consist of VPNs and leased line connectivity to corporate customers. As a result of the LLU, Iskon has been expanding its service offerings by penetrating the telephony market providing broadband telephony that is based on the class 5 soft switches.

In 2005, MIND CTI was chosen by Iskon to deliver an end-to-end billing system covering the entire customer care: mediation to handle the radius call flow with the network elements as well as perform the authentication and authorization; provisioning to softswitch and other network elements; and rating and invoicing of the telephony and ISP services. The deployment of MINDBill resulted in significant operational efficiencies and cost reduction for Iskon, thanks to the converged solution of all ISP activities in a single billing system.

Dogan Telekom

Dogan Telekom, belonging to Dogan Media Group - the largest media group in Turkey, is a sister company of Dogan Online. It is the first one of Turkey’s leading communications and telecommunications service suppliers that has been seizing the opportunities of the deregulation. Dogan Telekom began to provide Long Distance Call Services after voice transmission and call services have been liberalized since January 1, 2004. With license type A and its robust infrastructure, Dogan Telecom, which aims at becoming a high quality alternative of existing call services, serves under Smile ADSL brand in personal ADSL services. Goals of Dogan Telekom are to facilitate lives of individuals and companies, to enable economical and high quality calls in a common distribution network, and to become a leading company in its field.

The MIND system was deployed in 2004, along with the telecom sector deregulation in Turkey. Dogan Telekom has been offering its corporate and individual customers continuously improving products and services such as VoIP services, including prepaid calling cards, SIP phones, post-paid carrier select, traffic termination, internet services with the brand named “Smile ADSL”, economical call service with the prefix 1038, etc. Dogan Telekom IT department had extensively utilized the MIND open architecture to develop a Web self-care using the XML API, credit card adapter, reporting tools and HTML customization of the invoice shipment. The synergy with the ISP business has enabled Dogan Telekom, using the MIND system, to expand its service offering and increase market share.

Airbites

Airbites is a Swisscom subsidiary acting as a central holding company for ISPs located currently in 4 European countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and Ukraine. Using the MINDBill system, Airbites has been expanding its service offering for a triple play bundle package that also includes VoIP and IPTV. The introduction of MINDBill in 2007 has enabled Airbites to deploy a centralized billing system that has replaced the separate individual billing systems in each country, which were inherited from the previous network owners. It enabled Airbites to reduce overhead and expenditures of handling more than ten different billing systems. Utilizing the MINDBill built-in hierarchy of virtual providers, MIND supports the entire Airbites subsidiaries that are spread throughout Europe.

MINDBill has been a driver for standardization of the business processes: customer registration, order management, provisioning, invoicing, collection procedures, payments and harmonizing the network structure. Customer service representatives in every country benefit from working in their own local language, while management enjoys a single source of reporting and central supervision.

Koc.net

Koc.net is the leading Telecommunication solution provider in Turkey providing long distance telephony services for both prepaid and post-paid customers. Their voice services include carrier select and carrier pre-select in addition to its data services such as MPLS-VPN, security, hosting, ASP, campus and multimedia to corporate and residential customers. Koc.net is leveraging its know-how for additional opportunities to expand its service offerings including the current deregulation of the telecom market that includes Local Loop Unbundling (LLU).

In 2002, MIND CTI implemented its billing system at Koc.net for VoIP, and expanded its service offering for LLU, which consists of ADSL usage rating interfacing with the BRAS and VoIP telephony and additional ISP services. The deployment of the MINDBill system has enabled Koc.net to expand its customer base by offering many bundled packages targeting different market segments. The MINDBill end-to-end billing system in Koc.net covers the entire customer care suite: integration with an external CRM using XML API, mediation in real time call flow with NGN gateways and softswitch, provisioning, rating and invoicing of the telephony, and ISP services. The MINDBill system has enabled Koc.net to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Inclarity

Inclarity is a UK based carrier providing broadband telephony and wholesale services. The MINDBill solution, installed in 2004, enables Inclarity to offer its broadband telephony channel partners a sophisticated and flexible billing system, easily customized to meet the business needs of the channel. The system directly integrates with the broadband telephony system management tool, so that service provisioning and updates automatically filter through to billing records in real time. This system enables Inclarity to provide outsourced billing services that put their channel partners and resellers in full control of broadband telephony retail pricing.

AMIS

AMIS is a telecommunication service provider in Slovenia and Croatia and the leading ISP in Slovenia. AMIS provides Internet connectivity with the following media: ADSL, cable, leased lines (with a VPN setup); optical pure Ethernet, dialup and ISDN; telephony services that include Carrier Select (CS) and Carrier Pre Select (CPS).

In 2006, MIND CTI installed the end-to-end billing system covering the entire customer care suite: integration with an external CRM order management using XML API, mediation, provisioning, rating and invoicing of the telephony and ISP services. Following the deployment, AMIS realized significant efficiencies in its billing operations. MIND continues to provide ongoing support and consultancy for best performance, guiding and training the local billing operators on independently handling the routine operations and the configuration of the product catalogue for deploying new packages according to the marketing needs.

QTSC

The QTSC Park Development, a new infrastructure, sought to provide a world-class infrastructure for its users comprising of a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), a VoIP system and billing support system. QTSC is Vietnam's leading center for software development, IT investment, trade promotion and international cooperation. QTSC is also an incubator for new IT entrepreneurs. The park aims to attract hundreds of companies and employ up to 20,000 employees.

QTSC required a multi-faceted business solution that would allow it to operate as a local telephone company, an Internet service provider and a data center operator, all rolled into one.

The MIND system, which was introduced in 2005, included a number of integrations with different components such as Broadsoft softswitch, LDAP, Cisco netflow collector, print shop and a web self care portal. The successful deployment was done together with Datacraft acting as the system integrator.

Pocket


Pocket Communications is a CDMA voice and 1.X data services (Voice SMS, MMS, & WAP) pay in advance mobile carrier in Texas. It offers service plans which mostly consist of unlimited local phone service without having to sign up for long-term contracts at very affordable prices compared with other major national cellular carriers.

MIND deployed a billing & customer care solution in 2006 and performed a major upgrade in 2007 to support up to 400,000 subscribers.

Mobi PCS


Mobi PCS is the only local wireless provider in Hawaii to offer unlimited local and long distance wireless calling plans without a contract. The rate plans come with a complete line of “all-you-can-use” optional services including unlimited directory assistance, text and picture messaging, voicemail, and call forwarding. Growing at a fast pace, Mobi PCS has just expanded their product portfolio to include a wireless broadband solution called Hele. Now Mobi offers unlimited, no contract solutions for wireless phone and Internet services.

Since the deployment in 2005, Sentori services include daily revenue assurance, credit control, hardware and system monitoring, weekly monitoring of new rate plans, system modifications and maintenance, monthly operations of Service Level Agreements (SLA), and efficiency reviews collected and then presented to Mobi PCS management.

This support environment enabled Mobi PCS to focus on marketing their unlimited best value plans, train their employees, and establish revenue producing agent partners while we focused on supporting the daily and weekly operational tasks.
