China Unicom, China’s second national communications carrier, offers domestic and international long distance call services, wireless paging and mobile communication. The first installation of the MINDBill system was in 1999 to support one million prepaid subscribers in Phase One of their service. China Unicom has upgraded the license for their MINDBill solution to support 80 million prepaid subscribers.

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel), selected MIND’s mediation solution for SingTel’s “VoicePlus” service, which is based on soft-switch technology. The MINDBill Mediation solution provides SingTel with the ability to smoothly migrate its voice infrastructure while maintaining its legacy OSS/BSS systems. The real-time mediation system collects aggregates and correlates VoIP traffic. The system generates consolidated CDR (Call Detail Record) information, which can be easily configured for distribution to SingTel’s various back-office systems.
