Our Service Providers Solutions
MIND’s convergent billing and customer care solutions enable service providers to take advantage of the new IP-based broadband networks to rapidly deploy, manage and bill an unlimited number of voice, data, video and content services. Our solutions provide real-time mediation and provisioning interfaces to network elements, the advanced and flexible real-time rating required by service providers to be innovative and competitive, as well as highly scalable billing that enables various business models and payments methods, including prepaid and postpaid.

MIND’s modular, product-based, fast-to-deploy approach is designed to provide operators with fast time to market and a minimum of risk when deploying new services. Today, MIND has customers in over 40 countries, deploying our convergent billing and customer care solutions in a variety of market segments. These include mobile operators deploying 3G data, video telephony and digital content services, operators offering traditional voice services as well as cable operators and ISPs deploying high-speed data services. MIND has the largest install base of service providers providing VoIP services to residential and business customers, as well as VoIP prepaid calling cards.
