MIND CTI and PeterConnects Carry Out Detailed Insights in Telecom and Media Use
Data of the PeterConnects products can now be seamlessly analyzed in MIND CTI’s PhonEX ONE Unified Communications analytics solution.
Maassluis, April 17, 2018 – PeterConnects, a communication software supplier for Cisco and Microsoft and MIND CTI, a leading provider of unified communications analytics and call accounting solutions for enterprises , today announce their partnership. It is now possible to integrate the data of the PeterConnects products directly into the PhonEX ONE UC analytics and reporting software of MIND CTI. This allows contact center supervisors to easily get visibility on their contact center KPIs using detailed reports and user-friendly dashboards. The successful integration enables PhonEX ONE users to select the PeterConnects data source in the product and start analyzing the data right away.
The data of the PeterConnects Attendant can be automatically loaded into the PhonEX ONE software. The detailed reports allow companies to gain extra in-depth knowledge of their telecom use and media types rather than to make a generic report based on timing and response data. Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of a contact center becomes easier this way. The data could be used to gain more insight into these aspects to base management decisions on in order to increase service levels.
