Monica Iancu

Mrs. Iancu founded MIND and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of our company since inception and until April 6, 2012, has also served as the Chairperson. Mrs. Iancu holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Telecommunications (with expertise in Voice and Data Integration over the Ethernet) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Aviram Cohen
- Chief Financial Officer

Aviram Cohen joined MIND as Controller in June 2006. Before joining us, he served as an auditor and accountant since 2002 at Ernst & Young (Haifa, Israel). Aviram is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University.

Doron Segal
- Vice President Engineering, CTO

Doron joined our company in October 2004 as CTO. Prior to joining our company, he was AVP at Comverse, with responsibility for product requirement definition and product level design. Prior to that he served in various R&D management positions. Doron holds an M.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, along with a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics & Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University.

Tal Shain
- Vice President, Professional Services

Tal Shain was promoted to MIND`s VP Professional Services in February 2006. He joined MIND in 1999 and has held various positions in the R&D department, such as Team Leader, Group Leader, Chief Architect and the latest being R&D Manager for MIND`s office in Romania. Tal graduated from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and holds a BSc., Cum Laude, in Computer Engineering.

Liviu Serea
- General Manager Romania Office

Liviu has served as General Manager of our Romania office since January 2001. Before joining MIND, he managed for over five years a local company involved in hardware assembly, distribution and support. Liviu holds a M.Sc. Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Politechnic Institute, Iasi, Romania.

Danny Engle
- Vice President Sales, North America

Danny joined Sentori (acquired by MIND in 2005) in 2003 as Director of Sales and has served as VP of US sales since 2005. Prior to joining Sentori, Danny was District Manager at Siebel Systems, a leading CRM solutions provider. Danny holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Mark Armstrong

Mark joined MIND in July 2008 bringing over 10 years experience of international sales in the telecoms market. His key strengths lie within his knowledge and understanding of the UK reseller channel with particular focus on call management. Mark holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from Nottingham University.

Shoval Cohen Nissan
- IT Director

Shoval Cohen Nissan joined MIND as IT Manager in December 1998. Shoval leads the planning and management of the supporting infrastructure company-wide and the implementation of network security at the corporate level. He also acts as Purchasing Manager for our internal needs and customer solutions. Shoval holds a Practical Engineer degree from Braude College.
